Merge PDF files

A contract and its annexes, scans of several pages, invoices for a month — one PDF to send instead of a pile of attachments.

Drop a file hereor click to choose one — it opens in the studio with this tool ready. Small files need no account.Choose a file

How it works

  1. 1Drop two or more PDFs.
  2. 2Keep them in the order you want the pages to follow.
  3. 3Download the merged PDF.

What you get

Your order

Pages come out file after file, exactly in the order the files were added.

Pages stay as they are

Text stays selectable and pictures keep their quality — the pages are joined, not re-rendered.

Then make it smaller

Too big for e-mail after merging? Run Compress PDF on the result in the same studio.

Photos too

Have photos or scans as images instead? “Photos → PDF” puts them into one PDF, turned the right way up.

Same thing over the API

One header, one multipart request with the file, then poll the job or take a webhook. The same operation you just tried in the browser.

Questions

How many files can I merge?

Two or more in one go; the limits of your plan apply to the total size.

Are my documents kept?

No longer than needed: files are encrypted in transit and at rest and are deleted after the result is delivered.

Do I need an account?

Small files work without signing up. An account adds a daily free allowance, bulk processing and an API key.

Can I automate it?

Yes. Send the PDFs in order as repeated “files” fields with service “docconvert” and operation “merge_pdfs”, then poll the job or take a webhook.
